Smithhisler Meats first opened its doors in 1978 under the ownership of Biff Smithhisler. Over the past three decades, the store has undergone many changes but has always been a family-run organization with a focus on providing local customers with the best local service and products available.

Wayne and Kim Zollars
Wayne and Kim Zollars have been a part of Smithhisler’s since 1984. Now, as current owners, they believe that while names and management change, some things remain constant:
